Before You Begin

Before submitting your first SPIFF form, please print, fill out & sign, scan, and send back the W-9 form found here, and email it to spiff@thelegacycompanies.com.

Per IRS regulations, a completed W-9 is required before any SPIFF payment can be issued. SPIFF claims will not be processed without one on file.

Note: All fields are required. Dealer must be in good standing with The Legacy Companies. Per IRS regulations, third-party participants earning $600 or more in SPIFF payments annually must submit a W-9 and will receive a 1099 from The Legacy Companies for tax reporting purposes.

Units Sold This Period

Eligible Products Only. Select from the qualifying SKUs in the Model Number dropdown. Only units sold to authorized end-user operators qualify. Attach a dealer invoice or customer purchase order as proof of sale for each unit — claims without documentation will not be processed.

List each qualifying unit sold separately. At least one complete row is required. Use “Add Row” to claim more than 10 units.
